About

CSSPIXELS is here to help you make decisions when you want your own website, when you cannot decide on a page design layout or when you have difficulty deciding on a suitable user interface or…

CSSPIXELS is showing you visually different content, layouts and a combination of technologies in order for you to get a better idea of what you may want. Seeing is believing — CSSPIXELS knows that building a new website or adding new content from scratch without actually seeing something beforehand is hard.

“Cascading Style Sheets” and XHTML the “Extensible Hypertext Markup Language” are mentioned on the Introduction Page. These are the base technologies that CSSPIXELS utilises when building websites, making sure the end product is “Standards Compliant” as close as possible, whenever possible. Websites also need some form of programming language for responsive user interaction. CSSPIXELS uses JavaScript — a basic example: it is used for validating user form input.

Above mentioned technologies are used throughout CSSPIXELS Website and are applied as various modules on different pages. Most modules can be used with each other, be it CSS, XHTML or JavaScript. Remember however, on the internet nothing is just cut and paste for the next use — despite being modules, they still need tweaking here and there to fit a particular purpose or to suit your custom integration.
